Ramptech Inc.
Ramptech was formed in 1993 by a Montreal based partnership. Wholly owned by Steelhead today, Ramptech is the sole aftermarket supplier of Holden America's Grate / Lock Chock System, an automotive vehicle securement system used on approximately 40,000 bi-level railcars.

RPS Inc.
Railway Program Services Inc. was founded in 1998. Located in the Belt Railway of Chicago, this company features a dedicated facility that specializes in railcar modification and retrofit programs.

Metropolitan Air Technology LLC.
Founded in 1992, the acquisition of MAT by Steelhead Corp. was completed on September 20, 2004.

MAT is the manufacturer of specialty high-end damper products including the patented Roto-Twist® line of cable operated damper systems.

Encore Rail Systems, Inc.
Formerly R-Mac Sales and Leasing; the acquisition of R-Mac by Steelhead Corp. was completed on March 1, 2007.

Encore is based in Chicago, IL and Denver, CO. Encore provides the industry standard in railway tie plugging and rail seat abrasion prevention or repair. These tie maintenance and life extending technologies are supplied to the Maintenance of Way divisions of North Americas Railroads.

Growth
Steelhead currently has four companies under management that provide products and services to the rail and HVAC industries throughout North America and Europe. It is our intention to grow through a program of strategic acquisitions of complementary light manufacturing / distribution businesses spanning diverse markets and industries.
